All people of Khmer blood should unite and stand with our motherland. Your voice and your participation matter. Even if no other countries support us, our unity can give strength and encouragement to our Khmer soldiers.

Do not stay silent. Do not focus only on dancing, partying, karaoke, or drinking—stand up and participate for our nation. As a monk once taught: people can stand gambling in a casino all day without back pain, yet complain of back pain after sitting for just one hour listening to a monk give a Dharma talk.

Just one hour of standing with our motherland, protecting our country, can let the whole world know about the attacks by Thai aggressors. This is not about politics or any political party—this is about our nation, our motherland inherited from our ancestors, and the Khmer people.

To those who were born in Cambodia and now live comfortably in the United States: do you not feel ashamed doing nothing while your homeland needs support? I say this because when I went to a rally to support Cambodia, fewer than 1% of Khmer people showed up. Seeing such a small turnout was deeply saddened and disappointing. Our country needs unity, yet so many of our own people chose to remain silent. Donations and support matter, but without standing up and being visible, the world will never hear our voices or recognize the invasion and bombing of our country by Thailand.

If you consider yourself Khmer, we need your support. Now is the time for us, as Khmer people, to stand together for our country. United We Stand!
