After losing his parents young, Lai Yat Tsau raises his three sisters and grows into a hot-tempered, stubborn cop. Hoping to straighten him out, his superior transfers him from Kwun Tong Police Station to the K-9 unit, pairing him with a police dog named Brother—who instantly dislikes him. Yat Tsau also clashes with sharp-tongued veterinarian Ma Chi Ho, but she agrees to help him bond with Brother in exchange for his help repairing her relationship with her own brother, Chi Chung.

As Yat Tsau and Chi Ho work together, their chemistry grows, and Brother becomes a key partner—ultimately helping them track drug dealer Lui Kam Dong. Just as Yat Tsau gets close to cracking the case, his friend and partner Chung Lim breaks an unspoken rule to hide a secret, endangering Yat Tsau’s sister Jil.

When Kam Dong returns for revenge and uses his twin brother Kam Bo to set a deadly trap, Yat Tsau, Chi Ho, and Brother must join forces to save their friends.
