Chor Au Kuen returns to the chaotic Kowloon Walled City to find his long-lost sister after losing his family. The once-thriving area is now overrun by crime and danger, but Kuen keeps his skills as a Bajiquan martial arts master a secret. He makes friends with Tiu Lan, the lively owner of a hair salon, and Yuk Bo Fung, a fierce martial artist. Together, they create a group to stand up to the local gangs.
