Kau Jong and Tzi Ling are both orphans who dream of learning martial arts. One day, they head to meet a famous teacher, Sek Long, but stumble into a fight between him and a mysterious woman named Fu Guan Cheuk! She demands Sek Long return something called the "Cheong Sung Keut," but when he refuses, Sek Long is killed by a strange self-destructive move. After losing their teacher, Kau Jong and Tzi Ling run away, only to be caught in a chase. Fu Guan Cheuk jumps into their carriage to escape a man named Yu Man Fat Kup, who is also after the "Cheong Sung Keut." Later, Fu Guan Cheuk leaves the "Cheong Sung Keut" with the boys. When she loses Yu Man Fat Kup, she goes after Kau Jong and Tzi Ling to get it back. After a lot of back-and-forth struggles, the boys accidentally activate the "Cheong Sung Keut," and Fu Guan Cheuk forces them to learn it.
